What we collect
When you use this site, we may collect: email and profile fields you submit on the waitlist; name, email, and message content from the contact form; chat messages and session identifiers when you use the on-site assistant; and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, manage early-access interest, improve the product, and monitor usage and cost of AI features. We do not sell your personal information.
AI chat
If an OpenAI API key is configured, chat messages may be sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Otherwise, replies come from a built-in knowledge base on our servers. Chat history is stored in our database associated with a session ID in your browser.
Retention
We retain submissions and chat history for as long as needed to operate the service and develop the product. You may request deletion by contacting hello@operalabs.ai.
